The Blind

The ocean is my first love and the woods surrounded by hushing trees and enduring rocks or mountains is my second. Being in either place calms me and in the stillness is my happy place where I can hear my own thoughts and process them. This is the second piece of my Elements Collection. A Blind is known as a hiding place. This painting reflects the imaginary marriage of my two favorite places and where I hide my thoughts.
